WHAT IS THE
SACRED CHANGE FESTIVAL?
The Sacred Change is a workshop, talks, therapeutic weekend which looks at the medical, physical, psychological and spiritual aspects of the peri/menopause & midlife for women.
The weekend is a remembrance of who we truly are and a celebration of our most powerful phase of womanhood.
The weekend was born with the intention to share, embrace, honour and cherish this time in our womanhood. So feel, listen and express ourselves, tell our stories, share our fears. But most importantly feel liberated and transformed.
We understand that this time can feel challenging. Like your life has been turned upside down.
Anxiety, sleeplessness, joint pain, hot flushes, gut issues. Feelings of overwhelm and exhaustion can take over your daily life.
This time can seem like a mine field to navigate what is the best thing to do.
Sacred Change weekend is full of ways to help navigate all your worries and concerns. Giving you the power to make choices for a better way of living.
We will bring together medical and holistic professionals and experts, providing you with the tools, education and information you need to look after you whole self.
